Emmerdale fans are convinced they’ve worked out Celia Daniels’ love interest and it’s not Bob Hope.
In recrnt scenes of the ITV soap, Bob (Tony Audenshaw) took a gamble and attempted to flirt with newcomer Celia.
She rejected his flirtatious remarks and innuendos about Belgian buns and made it clear she wasn’t interested.
During Monday’s (October 6), Celia offered some advice regarding his granddaughter April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan), who has secretly been dealing drugs for her.

Despite Bob’s efforts to woo Celia, fans are convinced Mary Goskirk (Louisa Jameson) could be the person to turn Celia’s head.
Taking to a Emmerdale Facebook group, one fan penned: “I think Mary is going to fancy Celia and then go on a date and bring her to meet Rhona and April will be horrified.”
Another person responded: “That would be very interesting although I’d love Mary to be happy in love and really doubt it could happen with Celia.”
A third said: “That’s a great twist.” A fourth agreed: “That’s interesting.”

Mary openly came out to to Kim Tate (Clare King) in 2023 revealing her lifelong secret after suppressing her true identity.
Her past involved a significant, unacknowledged romantic bond with a woman named Louise, who was her “dead friend”.
Mary had a romantic interest in her friend Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough), but Suzy ultimately decided to rekindle her relationship with Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) instead which led to heartbreak for Mary and a love triangle.
Mary is the other of April’s stepmother Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) so if she does spark a romance with Celia things will definitely get messy.

After agreeing to move out after dropping drugs which also killed her brother Leo, April agreed to take up a room drug pusher Ray Walters (Joe Absolom) offered.
Bob was concerned to see April at the bus stop with a packed bag and insisted she moved into the B&B with him.
